概要Description
固体と液体が共存し、固体を主とする分散体において、分散体の自己粘性(または接着性の付加)を利用して、押出、重力、遠心力、機械力、気流衝突力などの強制方式によって固体粉末の基本微粒子を互いに接着、増大させ、一定の形状と粒度が均一で、集中した粒子群を形成する。
湿式造粒プラントは主に混合(混和)、造粒、乾燥及びその補助システム設備から構成される。粉料は混合(捏和)した後、造粒機に入って所望の粒度の含湿製品を形成し、乾燥して顆粒状完成品を得て、造粒の目的を実現する。
SET型二軸押出造粒機は前出金式と側出金式に分けられ、前出金式造粒直径は一般的に1.5 ~ 12 mmの間で選択され、側出金式造粒直径は一般的に0.7 ~ 2.0の間で選択され、粒子形状は円柱状で、造粒率≧95%である。

SET Type Double-Screw Granulator has two model of front and side for material to be extryded out. Dimeters of granular product granulated by front model may be normally selected between 1.5mm-12mm, and by side medel can be normally selected between 0.7mm-20mm. Granules are cylindrically shaped. The rate of end product is equal to or more than 95%.
