Feature

1. Stainless steel DDC with 12 steam injectors and 6 liquid nozzles.

2. Combined shaft makes it easy to check or replace bearings in bearing house.

3. Involute spline shaft is adapted makes it easy to adjust and replace the screw.

4. Circled tunnel design barrel with liner can achieve heating/cooling function. Steam and water can also be injected directly into the barrel.

5. Screw is made of special anti-wear alloy with large L/D ratio assures smoothly production for all kinds of sinking/floating feed.
